There are no facilities here. It is five minutes from a busy seafront and holds about a dozen people. Only a north-easterly reaches it with any force. Bring shade, because there is none and the rock holds the heat well into the evening.
It is sheltered from the east round to the west-south-west. There is no open water on those bearings for a wind to build a swell across. It is open to the north-east, where the sea runs for kilometres before it reaches this shore. A wind out of the east-north-east and the west round to the north-north-east has some water to work with but not the full run.
