How this works
- Search first
- Start typing in the search box at the top of the page and results appear as you type. Most questions are already answered on a page.
- Then ask
- Anything the site does not cover, put in the box below. A person reads it.
- You get an answer by email
- Usually within a couple of days. We only use the address to reply to you.
- Questions become pages
- When the same question arrives several times, we write a page about it. That is how a good part of this site got written.
